Arrival
Find your way to Tawau Airport and the resort coordinator will pick you up at the airport. Plan to arrive before 2 p.m., otherwise you will need to spend a night in Semporna and only transfer to the island the next day.

There are two boat transfers between Semporna (Bangau-Bangau Jetty) and Pom-Pom Island available daily. If you arrive Tawau Airport by 11 a.m., then you will take the 12:30 p.m. boat transfer. Similarly, if you arrive by 2:30 p.m., then you will take the 4 p.m. boat transfer.
Arrive Tawau Airport
Main flight routes to Tawau Airport includes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI-TWU) and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL-TWU).
There are aslo flights from Sandakan to Tawau (SDK-TWU), if you plan on visiting Sandakan before going to Tawau.
From here, a resort coordinator will meet you at the airport arrival hall.
Land Transfer to Bangau-Bangau Jetty
Transfer from airport to Bangau-Bangau Jetty, located about 4 minutes away from Semporna town centre. The journey will take about 90 minutes.
Boat Transfer to Pom-Pom Island
Boat transfers from Bangau-Bangau Jetty leaves the jetty at 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. The journey will take 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive at the island.

Plan to take the 1:45 p.m. flight or later out of Tawau.
