Turtle Hatchery

Caring and protecting the marine environment is the job of the Marine Biology unit at the resort and it’s team members. Here you will find a great example of a resort giving something back to the eco-system. The resort’s very first turtle hatchery has come along way and expanded over the years, having grown in both size and popularity each year.

Trained and certified by Sabah Parks, the teams collect, record and carefully preserve turtle eggs in their resort hatchery. With guests having the opportunity to adopt a nest in their name, if fortunate, they may even get to see them being released back into the sea once hatched. A true once in a lifetime experience!

Classes are facilitated by the resort’s swimming pool, which is 41 feet by 21 feet and reaches a depth of 6 feet.

The tired diver can find comfort at the resort’s Ying and Yang Spa which offers a variety of massages, foot baths, and facial scrubs. Divers can also relax in the resort’s Jacuzzi, steam room and gym which is within the spa area.
